1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for Deal Registration:

• Minimum project quantity: 200 units
• The opportunity must not have been previously registered
• The deal must be submitted before any official RFQ/RFP or public bidding release
• The partner must be actively engaged in pursuing the opportunity

Incomplete or duplicate submissions may not be approved.

2. Approval Process

• All submissions are reviewed within 2 business days
• You will receive written confirmation (Approved / Declined) via email
• Additional information may be requested if necessary

Only approved registrations qualify for protection and pricing benefits.

3. Exclusive Protection

Once approved:

• The registered partner receives exclusive protection for the specified opportunity
• No other reseller or distributor may register the same opportunity during the protection period
• Protection applies only to the specific customer and project submitted

This protection helps prevent internal price competition.

4. Pricing Advantage

Approved deals qualify for additional pricing support.

Final discount levels are determined based on project size, competitiveness, and strategic value.

5. Protection Period

• Approved registrations are valid for 60 days
• Extension requests must be submitted before expiration
• Expired registrations may be reopened upon review

This ensures active project movement while protecting your effort.

6. Partner Responsibilities

Approved partners agree to:

• Actively pursue and manage the registered opportunity
• Not bypass iBenzer by sourcing through alternative brands
• Provide project updates when requested
• Maintain professional and ethical sales practices

Failure to actively engage may result in cancellation of registration.

7. Conflict Resolution

In the event of duplicate or disputed registrations:

• Priority is determined based on submission time and supporting details
• iBenzer reserves the final decision on approval and protection status

Our goal is fairness and transparency for all partners.

8. Confidentiality

All customer information submitted through Deal Registration is treated as confidential and used solely for internal review and channel management purposes.

9. Program Modifications

iBenzer reserves the right to update or modify this program at any time.
All changes will be communicated through official channels.
